Into days lecture I presented my storyboard as it stand so far.
The feedback I received:
I was told that my storyboard panels were clear and easy to read
my ideas on the colour chart worked well and made sense and Gerald liked my scene chart along side it.
However there is a section where the story isn't quite clear how the character gets from one place to another. This is a section I have been struggling with as I have had to cut the story down quite a lot in order to make it remotely do-able, and in doing so have lost a lot of the plot clarity.
I have thought about adding a section back in to the script, but after talking to Gerald he suggested not to but instead adding a smaller section to the beginning where I introduce the book of souls and a visual of its location in the tall tower. I feel this fixes the problem slightly but I need to think about what the inciting incident is as it has gotten lost.
Task: Over the next couple of days I'm going to finish sketching up the remainder of the story board and Work on new inciting incident
I also need to put together my final submission folder and find all the work I have done over the past few months for this module and organise it in a concise format.
